Since opening our doors in 2022, our goal has been to provide our customers with exceptional dining experiences within a laid back atmosphere, with detail-oriented service and unique flavors from the local area and beyond.
Our cuisine is internationally inspired and parades the freshest of seasonal ingredients paired with a genuine love of flavor. Paying close attention to detail, we take familiar comforts and strive to perfect them, constantly evolving to make them even more delectable.
When you visit O&V you can expect to find signature plates on our tapas, lunch and dinner menu, combined with rotating delicacies ranging from local and imported cheese to our own homemade smoked and cured meats. Paired perfectly with our food, our hand-picked craft beer, wine and spirits list has something for everyone, allowing any occasion to become something more.
As you dine with us, our ambition will always be to make you feel celebrated from the first moment to the last. Our exceptionally friendly staff focus on treating you like family, ensuring comfort and quality are at the forefront of every visit.

Our Origin

Coming to Be

Growing up in Vancouver Canada, Executive Chef Robert Erickson found his love of food at a young age, constantly surrounded by international flavors and fusion-type dining emerging on the West coast in the 1990’s.
After graduating from Pierre Dubrulle Culinary Academy in 2001, Rob continued to perfect his culinary skills in top kitchens including Wild Rice, Central Bistro, Edgewater Hotel, Café Campagne, Caper’s Restaurant and Bin 942 in the Vancouver and Seattle regions of North America. Searching for new experiences, Rob continued to master his craft on luxury yachts, in famous fishing lodges, and even in Taiwan, where he taught Western style cooking while learning and mastering his own Asian-fusion technique.
Ultimately a love for the tropics brought Rob to Bali in 2016, where he’s made a name for himself running top rated restaurants Bonito and Seasoned and perfecting his authentic Balinese palate of flavors.
Culminating these twenty plus years in the industry, O&V is resultingly Rob’s passion project, giving him the freedom to imagine new ways of creating and shaping cuisine, bending the rules of food to provide experiences found nowhere else in Bali.
